Job outlook
Employment for human resources managers is expected to grow 13 percent from 2010 to 2020. This is about as fast as the average for all other occupations. The employment growth for human resources essentially depends on the growth of individual companies. When new companies form and different organizations expand their business, the company will need more human resource employees to supervise and manage the companies programs.
